Gavin practices in the areas of property and company/commercial law. 

He has considerable experience in all aspects of commercial property and in particular specialises in the following:

• acting for both landlords and tenants in connection with the grant of leases, lease extensions, lease surrenders, assignments sub-lets and licences for aleterations
• acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
• development- acting for developers and landowners in connection with residential/commercial developments, advising on option agreements, conditional contracts, overage agreements, planning, joint ventures and development agreements
• secured lending - advising a range of banks, short-term and specialist lenders in connection with property finance matters
