Immigration Costs 

Our fees in respect of immigration matters will vary based on the amount of work involved and the urgency of the circumstances and are usually calculated with reference to an hourly rate of £250 plus VAT.

As an indication, our fees often fall within the following range:

Visitor Visa - from £1,200 plus VAT

Settlement - Set (O) - from £1,500 plus VAT

Citizenship - Form AN - from £1,500.00 plus VAT

Tier 1 Investor - from £15,000 plus VAT

Tier 2 Skilled Workers - from £2,000 plus VAT

Tier 4 New Point System for Students - from £1,500 plus VAT

Spouse/Partner Visa – from £1,500 plus VAT

Immigration Appeal – charged on an hourly rate of £250 plus VAT but typically from £1,500 plus VAT

Sponsor License – from £2,500 plus VAT

In addition there will be disbursements payable to third parties including the Home Office Application Fee which will vary depending upon the application in question.
