Residential Conveyancing Costs 

Our residential conveyancing fees vary based on a number of factors including the price and type of the property you are purchasing and the complexity and urgency of the transaction but will typically range between £750 plus VAT to £2,500 plus VAT.

In addition to our fees there will be a number of disbursements payable to third parties.  These could include:

Stamp Duty - Amount payable will vary based upon the property value and your personal circumstances

Land Registry Fee - Amount payable will vary between £20-£450.

Notice Fee - Usually payable to a Landlord and/or Management Company in the purchase of a leasehold property.  Amounts will vary and we will not be able to confirm the figure payable until after the transaction has commenced.
